Moving an office full of systems furniture is not a job for a general moving company. Panels, connectors and electrical components have to come apart and go back together correctly. New Space plans and executes furniture moves and in-place reconfigurations across Greater Houston, from a department shuffle to a full relocation.

Reconfiguration without a move
Growth, downsizing, a return-to-office plan, a department that needs to sit together: often the furniture you own can do the new job if it's rearranged intelligently. We survey what's on the floor, redraw the layout, and rebuild the same product into the new plan, adding matched parts or stations only where needed. It's the least expensive way to get a different office.
Moving out? Read your lease early
Most commercial leases require the space back in broom-clean condition. If your move includes leaving a floor behind, our decommissioning service handles removal, recycling and buy-back of what you leave, so you have one contractor for both ends of the move.

Do you move offices to or from cities outside Houston?
Yes. Alongside our Greater Houston work, New Space supports multi-site and long-distance projects. We've managed furniture programs for offices across the country, including roughly 135 locations for a single national client over 14 years.
Can you reconfigure cubicles we already own?
Yes, that's one of our most common projects. We can usually change heights, footprints and station counts using your existing product plus secondary-market parts, especially on Herman Miller AO2 and Ethospace systems.
