Start the conversation

Tell us about the space, the headcount and the timeline. We'll come back with real options and real numbers, usually at more than one price point.

How decommissioning works

We walk the space, identify what has resale value, and quote the project net of buy-back, often a substantial offset against removal cost. Then our crews disassemble and clear the floor on the schedule your lease dictates, coordinate the freight elevator with the building, and hand back broom-clean space with documentation if your landlord requires it.

Where the furniture goes

  • Resale-quality product is purchased or consigned into our refurbishment pipeline
  • Serviceable metal, panels and components are recycled
  • Only what has no further use goes to disposal
  • Donation coordination available on request

For property managers and brokers

We work directly with property managers, brokers and tenant-rep teams clearing spaces between tenants, single suites or whole floors, with certificates of insurance and building-rule compliance handled as a matter of course.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you clear an office?

Small suites can often be cleared within days of approval. Multi-floor decommissions are scheduled in phases against your lease-end date. The sooner we can walk the space, the more schedule options you have.

Will you pay us for furniture you remove?

If it has resale value, yes. The buy-back is credited against the decommissioning cost, and on furniture-heavy projects it can offset a large share of it. See also furniture liquidation.

Do you provide proof the space was cleared for our landlord?

Yes. We can document condition at turnover, and recycling/disposal can be summarized for sustainability reporting when requested.
