Installation is where furniture projects are won or lost. New Space installs what we sell, and what you've bought elsewhere, with crews who have been building systems furniture for years, scheduled around your business hours and your building's rules.

Nights, weekends and phased schedules
Most of our installations happen while clients keep working: after hours, over weekends, or floor by floor in phases. Tell us the constraint (a Monday-morning go-live, an audit week that can't be disturbed, a lease start date) and we'll build the schedule backward from it.
Furniture you purchased elsewhere
Bought product direct or inherited furniture from another office? We install furniture we didn't sell, too, including receiving it at our warehouse, holding it in storage until your space is ready, and delivering complete.
Frequently asked questions
Do you install furniture that wasn't purchased from New Space?
Yes. Installation-only projects are a normal part of our schedule: cubicles, casegoods, conference rooms and reception areas, regardless of where the product came from.
Can you install after hours or on weekends?
Yes. Nights and weekends are standard practice for occupied offices, and we coordinate access directly with your property manager.
Are your crews insured?
Yes. We carry the coverage commercial buildings require and provide certificates of insurance to your property manager as part of scheduling.
